WHAT IS CBD?

Cannabidiol is a phytocannabinoid found in the Cannabis Sativa plant. There are two distinct strains of Cannabis Sativa: those grown for concentrations of CBD and industrial textile use (Hemp), and those grown for concentrations of THC (Marijuana). All Eclipse CBD products are made from hemp plants.

CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and therefore does not produce any euphoric or psychoactive effects (a “High”). The concentrations of THC found in hemp products are strictly enforced through federal regulation, and frequently tested by 3rd party facilities to ensure that products are legal and non-psychoactive.

WILL I FAIL A DRUG TEST IF I TAKE CBD?

IS CBD LEGAL?

Industrial Hemp was made legal by the federal government on Dec. 10 2018, but allows states to make its own local policies on allowed use and legality. Some states allow CBD products but only through a specific licensed store or dispensary, while others allow all products below the federal threshold, and some regulate it similar to medical marijuana. Check your specific state laws for legality state by state.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CBD ISOLATE AND FULL SPECTRUM?

Our Isolate is 99%+ Pure CBD. The plant matter is processed through a C02 extraction leaving no other residual plant matter or cannabinoids.
